Vivek Gehani
FOUNDER
Vivek Gehani, Founder and Managing Partner of Vantage Capital, brings over 25 years of Corporate and Private banking experience from leading global financial institutions. He is known for his wealth of knowledge in financial markets, with a career that includes roles such as Market Head for Bank of Singapore (BOS) Middle East and Managing Director at Barclays Wealth Management in Dubai. Vivek has managed large teams, overseen business development, and has a strong understanding of Global South Asian clients, the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), and wider Africa Business.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pace University in New York and is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and in The Leadership Circle SystemTM. Vivek is a member of the YPO organization and advocates for performance coaching and optimizing health with biohacking for personal and professional well-being.Bhavin Shah

Bhavin Shah is a Managing Director at Secretariat Advisors with over 20 years of experience. He is a trusted advisor known for his expertise in legal matters, multi-jurisdictional investigations, regulatory negotiations, crises management, and anti-money laundering strategies. Bhavin has advised major institutions globally and has been involved in high-profile cases with entities such as Standard Chartered, HSBC, and JP Morgan.
He was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2020 and is a founding board member of D2A2, a digital asset industry forum under Dubai Chambers.
Bryan Stirewalt
NON EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR AND BOARD MEMBER
Bryan Stirewalt is an accomplished financial services professional with over 35 years of global experience in governance, compliance, and risk management across developed and emerging markets.
Before joining Vantage Capital as an Independent Director, Bryan served as Chief Executive of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), where he led regulatory oversight. His career spans key leadership roles with global financial regulators and international organizations, focusing on strengthening governance frameworks, promoting financial stability, and fostering innovation within the financial services sector. Bryan currently serves as an independent director of the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA), the independent financial services regulator of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). Bryan is known for his deep expertise in supervisory frameworks, financial crime prevention, and cross-border regulatory collaboration. His leadership and commitment to integrity and long-term value creation make him a valuable addition to Vantage Capital. Bryan served as Chief Executive of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA)
As an Independent Director, Bryan plays a key role in supporting Vantage Capital’s mission to deliver client-first, high-standard wealth management solutions, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, and regulatory excellence.
Mr. Aditya Shroff
INDEPENDENT BOARD DIRECTOR
Aditya is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over 30 years of experience advising clients across India, the UAE, the UK, and Singapore. He is the Founder of Ansh Legal, a boutique firm advising entrepreneurs, family offices, and institutions on cross-border transactions and regulatory matters. Aditya has held senior roles at top law firms, a private sector bank, and an international legal practice. He has also co-founded ventures in the UK health-tech space and serves as a non-executive director at regulated firms. He holds leadership credentials from Oxford and Wharton and has been ranked by Chambers Global for his advisory work.
Nikhil Mankad

Nikhil Mankad is a seasoned banking and finance professional with over 18 years of experience at top institutions like ICICI Bank, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank. Known for his expertise in business development and relationship management, Nikhil has a reputation as a trusted advisor.
Most recently, he was the Director of the investment arm for the UAE’s largest ultra-luxury developer, where he excelled in capital raising, private placements, and investor relations. His leadership played a key role in securing significant investments and building strong relationships with high-net-worth and institutional investors.
With a career spanning the UK, Middle East, Africa, and Asia, Nikhil brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse financial markets. Christian Jorgensen
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Christian Jorgensen is a Danish national, having lived permanently in Dubai since 2022.
He holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and Harvard University. Furthermore, Christian is a CFA Candidate and his professional experiences comes from leaders in financial services such as PwC and Bank of Singapore.
Christian is also a trusted financial professional with a passion for turning global macroeconomic insights into prudent wealth management strategies.
Jaya Lalla

Jaya Lalla is an accomplished Assistant Relationship Manager at Vantage Capital Limited, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With 18 years of experience in the financial industry, Jaya brings extensive expertise from prominent roles at InCred Global Wealth Limited, Skycap International Management Consultancy, Al Masah Capital Ltd, Compass Financial Solutions, DU Telecom, and Citibank.
